Our story
IRSAAN is built on the legacy of MKM, an initiative created back in 2015 to support institutions, organizations, the communities and people in general to be more effective in improving their lifes and the context they are in.
IRSAAN team
The IRSAAN team is composed of practitioners with deep, hands-on experience across the full spectrum of institutional and field-level work.
We have led grant negotiations with international donors, shaped policy frameworks alongside high-level government officials, and authored strategic guidance notes to inform complex programs. At the same time, we’ve solved logistical breakdowns in frontline operations, supported teams under pressure, and adapted systems in real time — often with limited resources and high stakes.
This breadth is what defines us: a team capable of moving between strategy and execution, between policy and operations — always with clarity, humility, and purpose.
